Bookkeeper/Office Manager Job Description
Wendroff & Associates, CPA is looking for an experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper/Office Manager to join our team. Qualified applicants should have at least five years bookkeeping experience, Public Accounting experience, expert knowledge of QuickBooks, Payroll, Peachtree, Excel and other accounting software. QuickBooks Training Experience MAJOR plus. The applicant should also be an excellent communicator and have a creative and proactive approach. Finally, you should have a passion for accounting and helping entrepreneurs succeed.
REQUIREMENTS:
• At least five years accounting & bookkeeping tax experience
• Public Accounting Experience
• Expert Knowledge of QuickBooks, QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks Payroll, Microsoft Excel, Peach tree and other accounting software
• QuickBooks Training Experience a Major Plus
• 2- to 4-Year accounting degree a plus
• Ability to manage business organization and processes
• Great communicator, extremely detail oriented, self starter
• Creative, take charge personality
• Sense of humor a plus
